CONCLUSION


All this three topic basically is about the online system which is employee learning development (ELD) system, recruiting and staffing (e-recruitment) system and also the online induction system. All this system are very useful in the organization because it can make HR work more easy to manage. All this system now a days are very familiar and common in big organization because to implement this system it take a lots of money but for the small company they still use manual to manage this work and they lack of money. Other than that, all this system will be used by both parties which is HR practitioner and also the employee.






ONLINE INDUCTION

Online induction is a system that the process how to manage the induction for the new employee in the organization. Online induction is system to explain or to expose to the new employee about their new environment in their work. Basically this system replaces the orientation process in the organization if some new employees come to work. Before the new employee can enter this system, they will give the user name and also password. And from that, new employee can easily access this system. With this username, new employee can access to this system and can start to go one by one of this system. In this system, new employee will know what are the important to access this system. And also the guideline to use this system. From this system also, new employee will give some list induction course to the new employee such as safety and health, employee involvement and so on. All the course that will stated to this system, employee have to attend it because all this course are related to their work.
New employee also can know about the procedure that the organization will use such as training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and so on. All this organization will give some explanation to the new employee by using this system. And from this explanation, new employee will know what the advantages are when to doing that and how they want to achieve it. All the information that provide to the new employee can make them understand about the culture of the company and also can visualize the organization way to manage their employee. Other than that, this online induction also will put the mission, vision and also the company policy to make sure that all new employees know what are the goal and target that the organization wants to achieve and also they can know some rules that they can’t do to the organization.
Although this system are very useful to the organization such as reduce time and easy to  access but there a some problem will facing to implementing it such as this system more costly for the small organization and also this system lack of supervision.

RECRUITING AND STAFFING

From this topic it also use the information technology that call a web based human resources planning. In this topic is explained about how to recruit and staffing using the technology. Before that, recruiting is to choose or screening people that will be select is suitable for the job offered or not. Choose the right person for the job have been offered. This system function when the organization started to advertise their job offered for all people and people also can submit their application via internat. Why this system have to be implement. It is because to make the organization more easy to get the people and capable people to fill up the positions. With this system also can reduce time and cost to search the good employee. Maybe before they using this system, they using the paper to fill up the form and have to que when to get the form and it take a lots of time.
When implement this system there a some advantages such as the candidate will be beyond of the area. Maybe some of the candidate from the overseas that have very high qualification and have a lots of experience about the job being offered and from that company can choose which a better. Other than that is can reduce cost and time. For the cost it more to the advertisement and for the time can reduce process of filling up the form. Maybe before this, advertisement use in the newspaper and so on. Next is can make the process of selection easier and efficient. The organization can select the candidate by open the system and look their qualification and their experience and from them we can know which candidate is better. For the disadvantages is will overload information. Means that, they are so many candidate that apply the positions and some of them are not suitable for the job.

EMPLOYEE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Employee Learning and Development or ELD is a system that more to the employee itself in the organization. This system is about to create the career development to the employee also plan the training for the employee in the organization. Before the organizations give the employee training, they have to know their employee requirement for the training. Other than that, organization has to analysis the employee career development. Employee career development is very important because it can know what actually want for their job. This system also will evaluate the successful of training. Basically it will evaluate in before, during and after the training program.
There are many purposes when using this system. When using this system organization can increase their employee performance and also their skill, abilities and knowledge. It will be done if employee has a career development. Career development can expand their skill when the employees learn about new skill or knowledge.
