It is because to make the organization more easy to get the people and capable people to fill up the positions. With this system also can reduce time and cost to search the good employee. Maybe before they using this system, they using the paper to fill up the form and have to que when to get the form and it take a lots of time.
When implement this system there a some advantages such as the candidate will be beyond of the area. Maybe some of the candidate from the overseas that have very high qualification and have a lots of experience about the job being offered and from that company can choose which a better. Other than that is can reduce cost and time. For the cost it more to the advertisement and for the time can reduce process of filling up the form. Maybe before this, advertisement use in the newspaper and so on. Next is can make the process of selection easier and efficient. The organization can select the candidate by open the system and look their qualification and their experience and from them we can know which candidate is better. For the disadvantages is will overload information. Means that, they are so many candidate that apply the positions and some of them are not suitable for the job.
